The Black into Policing Programme embedded into London’s communities is to raise awareness of the police as a career of choice for Black men and women.
The police service is a job for life, a job where you can learn new skills, enjoy new experiences, and support your communities.
You could join as an apprentice and receive a degree while working, earning an attractive salary with no student debt looming.
How will we help you?
1. Considering becoming a police officer workshop
2. Routes into the police service seminar
3. Completing the application process workshop
4. Selection process and fitness assessment workshops
5. An allocated mentor in their first 3 years of service.
5. Leadership in policing coaching for aspiring leaders programme.
Working with the Metropolitan Police and other Constabularies who may be interested, we will encourage opportunities for Black men and women to experience the role of an observer across the many departments in the organisation.
